Refund and Returns Policy

Only Fish & Chicken (“we”, “us”, or “our”) strives to provide the highest quality seafood products and customer satisfaction. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a customer needs to request a refund. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted.

Eligibility for Refunds

We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis and require the following:

  • Initiation within 7 days of receiving the order: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Valid reason and evidence: You must provide a specific and valid reason for your refund request, accompanied by evidence supporting your claim. Acceptable reasons include:
    • Damaged or spoiled product: Photos clearly showing the product’s condition upon arrival.
    • Incorrect or missing item(s): Photo of the received items clearly demonstrating the discrepancy.
    • Stolen package: Documentation from the delivery company confirming the theft.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Items consumed or partially consumed.
  • Items damaged due to improper handling or storage after receiving the order.
  • Frozen items thawed completely or partially.
  • Live seafood that has died after receiving the order.

Refund Processing

  • Upon reviewing your request and evidence, we will respond within 48 hours.
  • If your request is approved, we will initiate the refund within 2-3 business days of approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Additional Information

  • We cannot guarantee refunds for shipping costs unless the issue resulted directly from our error.
  • We reserve the right to deny a refund request if the provided evidence is insufficient or the reason is deemed invalid.
  • This policy is subject to change without prior notice.
