What time I can expect the delivery to be done after the placement of the order?

If the order is placed within the business working hours (9.00 – 21.00), you can expect the order to be delivered within 60 minutes to 90 minutes, depending upon the distance and the order.

What are your delivery areas? 

As of now, we are only delivering in Seawoods, Belapur and Nerul in Navi Mumbai. We are soon going to be operational in the entire Navi Mumbai. But we are not servicing outside Navi Mumbai.

What are your delivery costs?

Depending upon the range of the delivery address, the cost will be varied and will also be charged 18% of GST. You can expect ₹40/- of delivery charges excluding GST approximately.

Can I schedule a specific delivery time?

Depending upon the availability of the staff and the business working hours, it can be negotiated with the store manager. However, there is no guarantee that scheduling is a part of our services.

What happens if I’m not home when my order arrives?

If our delivery person has once reached your doorstep, the delivery person will try to communicate with you, if there is no one at the doorstep, the parcel will be returned to the store, you can collect it from the store premises but re-delivery of the parcel will be charged separately.

Where is your seafood sourced? 

As a part of our proprietary property, we cannot disclose the procurement of our products, but rest assured, the quality of our products is supreme, which is guaranteed by FishyWishy.

Are your products wild-caught or farmed?

Our products are 100% caught and are fresh. We received our stock every single day from our vendors.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Cash On Delivery, Online Banking etc.

What is your return and refund policy?

If the product is already cooked, we do not take returns, only if the product is steal and is not partially/fully consumed, the return is applicable.

What happens if my order is damaged or incorrect?

We have arrangements for replacements for any mishaps that happen.

Do you offer cooking tips or recipes?

As of now, we do not offer any tips or cooking recipes, only on ready-to-cook items, we offer cooking instructions. However, we are soon going to have our own recipe section in our app! Stay tuned!

What are your storage recommendations for your products?

We advice you to consume the meat/food within 2-3 days of delivery for raw food items. For ready-to-cook items, the expiry date will be conveyed by the delivery personnel.
